Returns & Refunds Policy

At SV Wholesale, we take great care to ensure all products are supplied in excellent condition. Due to the nature of the products we sell, our returns and refunds policy is as follows:


Food & Drink Products

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on food and drink products, including sweets, snacks, and beverages, once they have been dispatched.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which state that perishable goods and sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt from the standard right to cancel.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Faulty

  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence where applicable

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.


Wholesale Orders

All wholesale purchases are made on a business-to-business basis. As such:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

  • Unsold stock cannot be returned

  • Refunds are only considered in cases of fault, damage, or error on our part


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once dispatched.

If you need to request a cancellation prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that cancellations can be accommodated once processing has begun.
