We reserve the right to:

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • Retail prices include VAT where applicable

  • Wholesale prices may be shown exclusive of VAT

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is unsuccessful or suspected to be fraudulent.

Wholesale Orders (B2B)

Wholesale purchases are made on a business-to-business basis.

By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing for business purposes

  • You understand that consumer cancellation rights do not apply

  • Unsold stock cannot be returned

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are only accepted once confirmed by us.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
