Shipping Locations

SV Wholesale currently ships within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise agreed in writing for wholesale customers.


Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are usually processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Please note: processing time is separate from delivery time.


Pre-Order Items

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. This means the item is not yet physically in stock but is available to reserve in advance.

Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Full payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure stock allocation.

  • Dispatch will take place within the estimated timeframe shown.

  • Estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Delays may occur due to supplier issues, customs clearance, shipping delays, or other factors outside our control.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise agreed.

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Delivery Methods & Timeframes

We use trusted third-party couriers to deliver our orders.

Typical delivery timeframes:

Standard delivery: 2–3 working days
Next working day delivery: available on selected products and destinations

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and size

  • Delivery method selected

  • Delivery location

Wholesale orders may be subject to different shipping rates, pallet delivery, or bespoke courier arrangements, which will be confirmed at checkout or separately by our team.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale customers may be offered:

  • Bulk shipping

  • Palletised delivery

  • Split shipments (if applicable)

Delivery terms for wholesale customers may vary depending on order size and destination.


Food & Drink Products

Due to the nature of food and drink products, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

SV Wholesale is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details

  • Missed deliveries

  • Delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched

Perishable goods are non-returnable unless faulty.


Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
